When I just log on QQ this
morning, an instant message has come out, it’s from a customer who took the
samples three years ago, which writes: Hello, I’m XXX from XXX company in
Zhejiang, you’ve played the two damping for me three years ago, do you
remember? The client has tested and was satisfied with it, now we would play
the first order, 5000 sets.
I’ve checked the message about the client, have a little impress,
but have forgotten the style he referred.
I’m so happy about it, replied immediately :Of course I do remember, just can’t
remember the style of the sample, could you please sent the picture of the
sample to me, I will help to arrange the production at once.
He answered: OK, I have the picture here, now sending it to you.
When I took a look at it, oh, it is this model.
The client is a producer who product car Refrigerator, the soft-closing
drawer slide glides is used in the refrigerator from a Korea client, the material required is
environment-friendly galvanized, in addition, it must ensure that the
refrigerator normal use in the negative 5 degrees, and when we push and pull the
drawer extension slide, it should be no noise. Years
of experience told me that the clients from Japan and Korea are strict in the
quality. When I took the sample first time, I sent it to my client immediately,
and they gave some advice on it, then I reproduced the sample, the client gave
some suggestion in detail. It was the third time that they are satisfied with
our sample. Hard work pays off, the client says test pass three years later and
play the first order.
From the deal, give me the greatest feeling is you must be patient
when you do the business. Do not think that a client contact you today, you
have sent samples and made a quotation even talked to the client face to face,
that he or she will certainly play an order in the near future. And do not
think a client is hopeless when he or she haven’t played an order for half a
year, and then give up the client. Actually many customers take half a year to
order from taking samples to play an order, especially those who from aboard,
they usually take our samples to do the product design, and it will take a long
time to do the business. Or he was cooperated with a certain factory, and now
he want to change it ,after taking the samples, he will pay attention to the
big client that work with us, how the feeling with use our products, or the
evaluation of our products, with an detail analyze, then he will play an order.
